What if it all works out?

Updated: Jun 9, 2025

Sometimes we ask ourselves, "What if?". I think sometimes it goes like this: "What if it doesn't work out?", "What if I fail?", "What if I can't do it?", "What if I don't get better?", "What if this destroys me?"...

If you caught on, those are all focused on one side of "What if?". I will show you the other side:

  • What if it all works out?

  • What if I get that job?

  • What if I fall in love?

  • What if I have a healthy lifestyle?

  • What if my dreams come true?

  • What if I heal?

  • What if I finally love who I am?

Positive "What ifs?"

Another interesting perspective, right? Yeah, I thought you would enjoy that. Maybe next time you go to waffle different thoughts within your mind, maybe you should waffle the pros too. Waffle the idea and play with the thought that maybe, just maybe, the "what if?" could be good??? Maybe instead of dating with the idea that every man is TRASH, maybe you should try

  • What if there are great men out there?

  • What if there are men who will pursue me?

  • What if a man can love me for ME?

Negative "What ifs?"

Isn't that kind of nice? Turning the "What ifs?" into a positive thought. I like it, but you can also go the negative route. Let's see what that looks like with the same example:

  • What if every man I meet cheats on me?

  • What if every man I meet always chooses someone else?

  • What if a man never loves me?

Kinda depressing, right? Kinda sad to think that sometimes the examples above are our GENUINE thoughts. I am guilty of it and I would assume you are too. Maybe we should make a pact that we are going to CHOOSE BETTER. Maybe instead of choosing negative thoughts, we will choose positive thoughts. Maybe it's time to choose you, but it's your choice...

Dream BIG

So, what if? What if it all works out? What if everything is always working out for you? What if the reason he left your life was because God had someone else in mind for YOU? What if the reason you lost that job was because you are going to get offered something better? What if the reason you "lost everything" was so you could GAIN EVERYTHING? Dream big. Know everything is always working out for you. Know that what (or who) is meant for you will always find you. Know that the "What if?" you are seeing in a negative light could be viewed in a positive light? Know that your mind is a powerful place because we create our own realities. Make sure your "what if" is creating the life you truly desire...

And if you need a little help unpacking what you want, what you crave, and how to actually change your thought pattern...lets chat SIS.
